Andre is a financial and property expert with extensive Swiss and international property and banking experience. Andre is Investor, Chairman and CEO of GRISO GROUP DMCC in Dubai, U.A.E. and he serves as Investor and Global Strategist for GRISO GROUP AG, Zug. He is Board Member of Dipan SA, Switzerland’s leading water treatment specialist. Andre is Chairman and CEO of Aargos Capital Investment AG, Zug. Andre is Chairman & CEO of Like on Ibiza S.L., Ibiza, Aargos Real Estate S.L., Madrid, Aargos Real Estate Madrid 1 S.L., Madrid, Aargos Torremolinos 1 S.L.,Madrid und Aargos Torremolinos 2 S.L., Madrid. Andre was Chairman of the board of AARGOS AG, Vaduz the Sponsor and Promotor of the AARGOS Fund SICAV. He was vice-chairman of the board of directors of BFW Liegenschaften AG, a Swiss SMI-listed residential investment company. He was founding member in Crypto & Blockchain companies and acting as Chairman of the Board and CEO of The Stone Coin AG and 3 WM Coin Invest Holding AG. He was Chairman of the board of Helvetica Property Investors, a Swiss based Real Estate Fund Advisor. Prior to that he was General Manager of Aareal Bank’s operations in Switzerland, a leading international property specialist domiciled in Wiesbaden.

Prior to this, Andre held senior positions in Switzerland and abroad during his 16 years with UBS, Credit Suisse and Swisscom Immobilien AG, successfully divesting a CHF 2.5 billion property portfolio while with the latter. He holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from CUREM, the Centre for Urban and Real Estate Management at the University of Zurich and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Andre speaks fluent English, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch and Norwegian.

Urs Stirnimann is managing partner of Swiss ILC Management Services, Dubai, UAE. Urs worked more than 25 years in various countries of the Middle East and Latin America with different responsibilities in the financial and legal field. Before coming to the UAE, he was leading on behalf of the Swiss Foreign Ministry a special mission in the Middle East working as legal advisor and head of staff and giving lectures in international law to members of different foreign ministries. For several years, Urs was the CEO of VP Bank in Switzerland and before that CEO of VP Bank in the Caribbean, where he also was the founder and president of the BVI Bank Association.

Since 2004, Urs is stationed in Dubai where he assists mostly European companies which need support with their company setup and administration. Because of his large background in the financial and legal sector he is often asked to provide advice for complicated company structures and in compliance matters.

Urs has plenty of honorary positions like Vice President of the Swiss Business Council Dubai and chairman of its Financial Group, where 20 Swiss banks and insurance companies are represented. In addition, he is the Executive Director of the Emirati Swiss Friendship Forum under the leadership of HH Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan and HE Pascal Couchepin former president of Switzerland. Recently he was elected to represent the Swiss in the UAE at the Council for Swiss Living Abroad. Urs studied economics and law at the University of Zurich, where he graduated as lic. iur.

Urs speaks fluent German, English, Spanish, French and has a basic knowledge of Italian and Arabic.

Elisabeth is Board Member & CEO and responsible for GRISO GROUP’s global activity. She is CEO of Like on Ibiza S.L., Ibiza. She was Co-Founder of AARGOS AG, Vaduz the Sponsor and Promotor of the AARGOS Fund SICAV in Liechtenstein and is holding various positions in the Crypto- & Blockchain community in the Middle East and Europe.
